Irwin Karrollinger was born into a humble household. His was a story that could have played out on a thousand worlds at almost any time. His mother worked at a factory. His father was a Sergeant in the Emperor’s Imperial Guard.

His Homeworld was commonly called Invictus. Located only a few hundred light years from Cadia, living also in the shadow of the Eye of Terror, and who’s conscripts were included in the armies of the Cadian expeditionary forces.
